Originating from England’s wild north, Victoria Smith is a video game artist living in Wellington, New Zealand. After graduating from Media Design School, she worked as a freelance Environment Artist on a number of projects, including a brief stint with Auckland based studio Rush Digital. She now works as a 3D Artist at Pikpok in Wellington.
She often writes about the art and culture of games and their development. Alongside her written work, some of which has been published in academic journals, she has given talks at conferences around the country. When she has the time and inclination, she moonlights on her own independent game projects.
One day she will return to the woods.
